Rachel and Lorin were married on July 5th, with a ceremony and reception at Kinney Bungalow in Narraganset, Rhode Island.
The Kinney Bungalow is a historic landmark that is located on beautiful Sunset Farm. This turn of the century landmark boasts an elegant interior with original woodwork and nostalgic charm. The grand hall has sweeping views across the farm and gorgeous sunsets.
The ceremony was beautiful and included blessings from friends and family. Laughter, smiles and tears were exchanged and the jewish ceremony ended with breaking of the glass and cheers of mazel tov! Right after the ceremony ended a very thick mist rolled by and brought the perfect amount of relief to the very hot July day and created stunning lighting for family portraits.
The reception started upstairs in the ballroom where dinner was served and Rachel and Lorin’s fathers gave speeches that had everyone in the room hooting and hollering! What a joy for a parent to get to see their child grow from crawling, to kindergarten, to college, to marriage and everything in between.
After dinner, the whole party danced the hora and the energy was incredible! Rachel and Lorin’s family and friends certainly knew how to have a good time. Everyone grooving, laughing, cheering to some of the best wedding music I have heard! There was even a mother/son dance off at some point of the night.
Rachel and Lorin, thank you for trusting me with your wedding day and letting me into your heart. You two are incredible and I am forever grateful to have walked by your side on such an important day. I am looking forward to watching your newlywed adventures!
