Mallory and Jason’s coastal wedding || Mystic, CT ||

This past weekend we started our 2017 wedding season celebrating Jason and Mallory’s coastal wedding in Mystic, CT. We started bright and early on Sunday morning at Spicer Mansion where Mallory was getting ready. Jason saw Mallory in her wedding dress for the first time on the grand staircase in the hotel where tears were shed. The couple is expecting their first baby which added a sweet excitement to the day and made their portraits a little more special.

Mallory and Jason planned their wedding within twelve  hours and were one of the most laid-back sweetest couples I have ever met. They chose the Oyster Club in Mystic for their venue because it was one of their favorite places to dine together. In Mallory’s words – “As we are not “the big wedding” type of people, we wanted to ensure our guests had a wonderful experience with delicious food in a location we frequent often surrounded by the comfort and joy of our family. Oyster Club is not only earthy and simplistic in its’ setting, its’ food is delicious and ever-changing. ”

The couple exchanged their vows with forty of their closest friends and family surrounding them. Laughter, tears and cheers filled the restaurant when Jason swept Mallory in for her first kiss.

Mallory and Jason, I am so grateful to have shared a piece of your heart. I am excited for what your bright future has in store for you!
